FCF Territorial Representative Minimize

The Plainsmen Territory has a long and storied history of colorful characters from it's eight chapters:

Bill Stuckey has been involved in Royal Rangers as a commander since 1994. In addition to serving as the territorial FCF scribe, he currently serves as the FCF vice president and deputy junior training coordinator for the South Texas District. He is also an active outpost councilman in his outpost. In the past he has served as shooting sports coordinator for the district and his section, as senior commander and commander in his outpost, and as the FCF brigade captain for his section. Bill has completed National Academy, serves as a certified instructor for the LTA in his district, and is a certified NRA training counselor and a level 1 instructor for NADA.
